pipecleaners and silly songs

nothing goes as planned once the camera is turned on.....but we had fun decorating ourselves in pipecleaners and singing, even though isaiah gets pushed off the table by Azrael and i am singing more than isaiah is.....good times. he usually yells the end of the griswold drive song, but the printer proves to be more interesting than our song.

isaiah likes to be really dramatic when he sings. the last minute is just him spacing out after his performance. i thought he'd fall asleep, and for some reason continued to video....you dont have to watch the whole thing.

whenever isaiah plays itsy bitsy spider on the playhouse radio, this is how he dances. he loves it.

Isaiah learned this song during his very first music class....he was 4 months old when we started that class....now he can sing the song! well, he can quack at least.....

18 months!

isaiah had his 18 month check up today. it went super. well, he cried, but otherwise it went fine. he is 32 3/4 inches and 28 1/2 lbs (a healthy boy, they say) i thought i'd remind everyone just how grown up isaiah is with a visit to the past. here is isaiah through the year and a half.....

Isaiah clearly doesn't get enough sleep. But he is determined to finish his lunch. he opens his eyes enough to cath me wathing him. We both erupt in laughter. i try to control myself so he can actually fall asleep. its all too funny. a message to all you babies out there: stop waking up at 530 am!
